Innovation Hub at Green School

Green School is centered on child empowerment, encouraging students to dream, imagine and learn through asking questions. The Innovation Hub was created for exactly that. This is a laboratory and fabrication facility where students can use technology to mock up their ideas and test out their inventions and innovations. The building for the Innovation Hub was built to be somewhat insular, easy to clean, and safe for the various technologies housed in the building. A post and beam structure was employed for this building, and skylights were included to make sure the space is wel-lit during school hours. The building has a simple design, to make way for the wide variety of activities that take place inside.
